Outfit Ideas For When You’re Feeling Stuck

I’m definitely not immune to feeling stuck, bored, overwhelmed and a bit clueless when it comes to putting an outfit together. Even with all the best clothes and accessories in the world, the feeling of “what on earth do I wear” can creep up at any moment.

When I put these outfit collages together, I get inspired, reminded of a colour palette or silhouette that I love, and generally feel a little better about mixing and matching what I already own with new pieces I may be adding to cart. I really hope they do the same for you.

This season, there’s a lot of brown and neutrals on offer, but they look best when balanced with more lively earthy tones such as mustard, khaki, maroon and navy. Pale pink is also having a big moment, perhaps overtaking red as the accent colour to wear. Textures such as beading, fringing and lace on everything from clothing to accessories also adds a bit of seasonal fun to basics.
